Activated Sludge or Suspended Growth is a common aerobic system normally used to treat waste water or leachate before the effluent can be discharged into water ways. Activated Sludge Systems normally used or reffered to such as EA,CAS,OD,SBR and IDEA .
A typical component in any wastewater plant : Screening,Grit Grease Chamber, Biological Reactor and Clarifier.
